Alors ce curry de patates douces et pois chiches est fait pour vous. Vous pouvez le d\u00e9cliner facilement avec des l\u00e9gumes de saison. Pour une version \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, accompagnez-le de riz basmati complet. Vous pouvez aussi le d\u00e9guster avec des naans maison. C&rsquo;est moins healthy mais tellement d\u00e9licieux qu&rsquo;on aurait tort de s&rsquo;en priver !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e dans la sauce afin d&rsquo;obtenir un rendu plus onctueux. Je trouve que c&rsquo;est la petite astuce qui change tout dans ce plat donc je vous recommande de ne pas faire l&rsquo;impasse dessus. La texture finale serait diff\u00e9rente de celle que j&rsquo;ai obtenue. Choisissez aussi un lait de coco de qualit\u00e9 afin de ne pas avoir trop d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe 1001 fa\u00e7ons de r\u00e9aliser des currys et c&rsquo;est pour cela que j&rsquo;adore en pr\u00e9parer. En changeant quelques ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 chaque fois comme par exemple les l\u00e9gumes, le rendu est toujours diff\u00e9rent mais d\u00e9licieux. Les currys permettent de varier facilement le contenu de notre assiette.
