Elle est tr\u00e8s simple a r\u00e9aliser. Il vous suffit de mixer les ingr\u00e9dients puis d&rsquo;ajouter les toppings de votre choix. Cet a\u00e7ai bowl \u00e0 la framboise est id\u00e9al pour se r\u00e9galer d\u00e8s le r\u00e9veil et il est facilement d\u00e9clinable selon vos envies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la base, la banane est indispensable car elle permet d&rsquo;obtenir la consistance finale et de sucrer naturellement. Pour l&rsquo;accompagner, \u00e0 vous de choisir ! J&rsquo;ai choisi de la mixer avec des framboises mais c&rsquo;est aussi d\u00e9licieux avec des myrtilles ou un m\u00e9lange de fruits rouges. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;aromatiser avec votre boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. En guise de toppings, les flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales me paraissent essentiels pour apporter l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la matin\u00e9e.
