Cette fois c&rsquo;est la nectarine jaune qui est \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur. C&rsquo;est  un fruit de saison alors on en profite ! Cette salade de petit \u00e9peautre est fra\u00eeche, gourmande, saine et color\u00e9e. De plus, elle est rassasiante gr\u00e2ce au petit \u00e9peautre et cela vous \u00e9vitera une \u00e9ventuelle fringale en milieu d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le petit \u00e9peautre est une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale que je consomme beaucoup depuis que je suis une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Sa texture ferme et son go\u00fbt me plaisent beaucoup. En salade, cuit \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;un risotto ou au four pour farcir des l\u00e9gumes, c&rsquo;est toujours un d\u00e9lice. Nutritionnellement, sa composition est int\u00e9ressante car il est riche en fibres solubles ce qui permet de r\u00e9guler la glyc\u00e9mie. Il contient \u00e9galement davantage de prot\u00e9ines que le bl\u00e9 classique.
