Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re healthy pour une autre recette, j&rsquo;ai voulu essayer une version de tartelettes aux fraises saine et \u00e0 IG bas. Pour les rendre plus originales, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 le jus et les zestes des citrons verts. Elles ont s\u00e9duit tout le monde et je suis d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9concili\u00e9e avec ce genre de p\u00e2tisserie. J&rsquo;ai h\u00e2te d&rsquo;avoir vos retours sur mes tartelettes aux fraises. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re qu&rsquo;elles vous plairont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9aliser une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re est vraiment facile et rapide. En version saine, c&rsquo;est exactement le m\u00eame principe. Je vous donne ci-dessous le d\u00e9tail de la recette mais sachez qu&rsquo;en 5 \u00e0 6 minutes, votre cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re est pr\u00eate. Pour la r\u00e9alisation de la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est la m\u00eame chose. Cela peut para\u00eetre long et fastidieux mais ce n&rsquo;est pas du tout le cas. Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas le temps, vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr utiliser une p\u00e2te industrielle mais la composition ne sera pas autant \u00e0 IG bas que celle-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il vous reste des fraises apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette recette, d\u00e9gustez-les nature ou incorporez-les dans une salade comme dans ma <a
