Les energy balls sont une excellente solution pour vous r\u00e9galer de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. A base d&rsquo;abricots secs et sans sucres ajout\u00e9s, mes energy balls \u00e0 la noisette sont des alli\u00e9s privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Comme leur nom l&rsquo;indique, elles sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et sont donc \u00e0 consommer avec mod\u00e9ration. Si vous avez une s\u00e9ance de sport programm\u00e9e, vous pouvez en consommer une ou deux avant afin de vous donner toute l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela faisait longtemps que je n&rsquo;avais pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des energy balls. Je ne regrette pas d&rsquo;avoir r\u00e9cidiv\u00e9 car j&rsquo;ai vraiment ador\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 plein d&rsquo;id\u00e9es en t\u00eate pour vous proposer de nouvelles recettes tout aussi gourmandes. A la cacahu\u00e8te fa\u00e7on Snickers ou \u00e0 la noix de coco fa\u00e7on Bounty : mes papilles s&rsquo;\u00e9merveillent d\u00e9j\u00e0. En attendant ces nouvelles versions, je vais continuer de me r\u00e9galer avec ces energy balls \u00e0 la noisette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9sirez d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es de collations saines, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 aller consulter ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/31\/sables-au-chanvre-noisette-et-chocolat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sabl\u00e9s aux graines de chanvre, poudre de noisettes et chocolat<\/a>.
