Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose une recette simple et d\u00e9licieuse de p\u00e2tes au pesto de noix de cajou. J&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 un peu de la version classique en rempla\u00e7ant les pignons de pin par des noix de cajou. Le pesto nous offre une multitude de possibilit\u00e9s. J&rsquo;en ai d&rsquo;ailleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuisin\u00e9 \u00e0 base de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/25\/pates-au-pesto-de-chou-kale-et-amandes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chou kale, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 aller consulter la recette.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix de cajou sont excellentes dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas et procurent de nombreux bienfaits. Elles sont compos\u00e9es de bonnes graisses qui aident \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les maladies cardiovasculaires. Les noix de cajou sont aussi essentielles \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des os gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur teneur en calcium et en magn\u00e9sium. Je les ach\u00e8te crues, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire non grill\u00e9es et non sal\u00e9es, puis je les torr\u00e9fie quelques minutes dans une po\u00eale. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait dans ce pesto de noix de cajou pour d\u00e9velopper leurs saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le suppl\u00e9ment burrata apporte encore plus de gourmandise. J&rsquo;utilise de la burrata di bufula car le lait de bufflone a un impact moindre sur la glyc\u00e9mie par rapport au le lait de vache. Il existe aussi une alternative vegan pour apporter une touche fromag\u00e8re. Vous pouvez saupoudrer de la levure de bi\u00e8re sur vos p\u00e2tes et cela leur donnera un go\u00fbt et une texture proches du parmesan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
