Je vous propose ici une salade d&rsquo;orge fruit\u00e9e au halloumi, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de fraises, de melon et de graines de grenade. Si vous aimez les plats sucr\u00e9s-sal\u00e9s, cette recette est faite pour vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi surprenant soit-il, le melon a un index glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cependant, il a une charge glyc\u00e9mique faible donc si vous le consommez avec mod\u00e9ration, cela convient parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Ce serait en effet dommage de ne pas profiter de tous ses bienfaits. Sa richesse en b\u00eata-carot\u00e8nes, en vitamine C et en antioxydants permet de renforcer le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et participe \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 des os et des yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme dans cette salade d&rsquo;orge fruit\u00e9e, j&rsquo;adore ajouter une touche de fromage m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en dans mes salades : feta, mozzarella, halloumi. En ce moment, c&rsquo;est le halloumi que j&rsquo;utilise beaucoup. Ce fromage chypriote ne fond pas \u00e0 la cuisson et apporte une texture originale. Froid, il devient un peu caoutchouteux mais il reste quand m\u00eame appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par la plupart. J&rsquo;en avais mis aussi dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/22\/salade-de-quinoa-au-halloumi-vinaigrette-au-kiwi\/\">salade de quinoa au kiwi<\/a>, une autre salade sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e que je vous conseille d&rsquo;essayer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
