C&rsquo;est une salade qui nous vient tout droit d&rsquo;Italie et plus particuli\u00e8rement de Toscane. A l&rsquo;origine, elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e principalement \u00e0 partir de pain rassis et c&rsquo;est un symbole de la cuisine populaire de l\u00e0-bas. La tomate est entr\u00e9e dans sa pr\u00e9paration plus tard et, aujourd&rsquo;hui, la base se compose de pain, de tomates et d&rsquo;oignons rouges. Pour la rendre plus cr\u00e9ative et originale, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 du halloumi dans ma panzanella. Le tout est relev\u00e9 avec un assaisonnement \u00e0 base de jus de citron, d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de sumac. C&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est probable que vous ne connaissiez pas le sumac. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert cette \u00e9pice en feuilletant des livres de cuisine du Moyen-Orient. Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous forme de poudre de couleur grenat, il a un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9 et rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 merveille les viandes, les poissons ou les salades. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 en trouver en \u00e9picerie fine et depuis j&rsquo;en ajoute r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans mes pr\u00e9parations. Dans cette panzanella, le sumac se marie particuli\u00e8rement bien avec le halloumi et les tomates. Cette \u00e9pice entre aussi dans la composition du zaatar. M\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices du Moyen-Orient, le zaatar fait d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de mon \u00e9picerie. J&rsquo;en ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 pour faire <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/07\/chou-fleur-et-brocolis-rotis-au-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00f4tir au four du chou-fleur et du brocoli<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les tomates, \u00e0 vous de choisir la ou les vari\u00e9t\u00e9(s) que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez utiliser. Dans la mienne, j&rsquo;ai fait un m\u00e9lange de tomates cerises, tomates noires et tomates Ananas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
