Cette salade de riz et de pois chiches est id\u00e9ale, que ce soit pour d\u00e9guster en entr\u00e9e ou pour accompagner un barbecue. Riche en go\u00fbts, elle est aussi saine et gourmande. Si vous aimez les saveurs orientales comme le citron confit ou la coriandre, lancez-vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette salade, je vous conseille de prendre du riz basmati complet. En effet, lorsqu&rsquo;une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale est compl\u00e8te, elle est tr\u00e8s bonne pour la sant\u00e9, riche en fibres, vitamines et min\u00e9raux. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas trop faire cuire le riz complet pour ne pas \u00e9lever l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique et pour garder une bonne texture \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation. Associer des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes avec des l\u00e9gumineuses est recommand\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. En effet, les l\u00e9gumineuses sont pauvres en graisses et riches en prot\u00e9ines. En ajoutant des pois chiches \u00e0 cette salade de riz, cela permet de faire baisser l&rsquo;IG du plat et d&rsquo;obtenir ainsi une pr\u00e9paration encore plus rassasiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que je r\u00e9alise un m\u00e9lange c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et l\u00e9gumineuses. Je l&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/16\/taboule-aux-pois-chiches-et-citron-confit\/\">taboul\u00e9 aux pois chiches et aux citrons confits<\/a>.
