En pour ne rien g\u00e2cher, c&rsquo;est une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Alors n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ce tartare de saumon et de thon aux saveurs asiatiques. Vous pouvez le servir en verrines pour un ap\u00e9ritif dinatoire, en entr\u00e9e ou en plat accompagn\u00e9 de riz. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les quantit\u00e9s pour 4 personnes en plat mais adaptez-les en fonction de la mani\u00e8re dont vous souhaitez le servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les poissons gras, comme le saumon ou le thon, sont excellents pour la sant\u00e9. A raison d&rsquo;une fois par semaine, ils r\u00e9duiraient les risques de maladies cardio-vasculaires gr\u00e2ce aux om\u00e9ga 3 qu&rsquo;ils contiennent. Ces om\u00e9ga 3 ont aussi un effet tr\u00e8s positif sur le cerveau. Ce tartare de saumon et de thon convient parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Le \u00ab\u00a0bon gras\u00a0\u00bb contenu dans le poisson permet de ralentir la digestion et de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;IG de l&rsquo;assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore les tartares. Qu&rsquo;ils soient cuisin\u00e9s \u00e0 base de viande ou de poisson, je trouve que c&rsquo;est toujours un r\u00e9gal. En plus, il existe 1001 fa\u00e7ons de les composer et donc de leur donner des saveurs diff\u00e9rentes.
