Je vous propose aujourd&rsquo;hui un brownie sans farine ultra fondant et tr\u00e8s chocolat\u00e9. Et comme je voulais un r\u00e9sultat encore plus gourmand par rapport \u00e0 un brownie classique, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 de la pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes par-dessus. En plus d&rsquo;une touche de gourmandise suppl\u00e9mentaire, cela fait un joli marbrage. Avec les noix de p\u00e9can, le m\u00e9lange est \u00e0 tomber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 composition, j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 la farine par de la poudre d&rsquo;amandes. Cela apporte plus de moelleux au g\u00e2teau et permet de baisser l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique de la pr\u00e9paration. En effet, la poudre d&rsquo;amandes a un IG tr\u00e8s bas et c&rsquo;est pour cela que je l&rsquo;utilise beaucoup dans mes recettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous le pouvez, r\u00e9alisez ce brownie sans farine juste avant le go\u00fbter et laissez-le refroidir quelques minutes. Encore ti\u00e8de, je le trouve beaucoup plus gourmand et tellement d\u00e9licieux. Si vous le d\u00e9gustez plus tard, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 le passer quelques secondes au micro-ondes. A vous de choisir en fonction de vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas encore eu l&rsquo;occasion, je vous conseille de tester aussi mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/28\/brookie-gourmand-et-healthy-version-mini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brownie \u00e0 la betterave<\/a>. C&rsquo;est une autre version de brownie healthy mais cette fois-ci surmont\u00e9 d&rsquo;une couche de cookie.
