Une jolie ratatouille parfum\u00e9e au thym et au romarin au fond du plat, puis un m\u00e9lange au ch\u00e8vre frais au-dessus et enfin du crumble, \u00e7a donne envie n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Ce crumble de ratatouille est parfait pour accompagner un barbecue estival. Il ne nous manque plus que le soleil !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la ratatouille, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 modifier les quantit\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumes en fonction de ce que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez entre courgettes, aubergines et poivrons. Par exemple, plut\u00f4t que de mettre 2 courgettes et 1 aubergine, optez pour 1 courgette et 2 aubergines si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les aubergines. Pour les herbes (thym, romarin et origan), je n&rsquo;ai pas mis de quantit\u00e9s. Ajoutez-en selon vos envies dans les trois pr\u00e9parations. Elles parfument \u00e0 merveille ce crumble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que ce soit en version sal\u00e9e ou en version sucr\u00e9e, j&rsquo;adore les crumbles.
