La sauce de ces p\u00e2tes est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de tomates, d&rsquo;anchois, de c\u00e2pres, d&rsquo;olives noires, d&rsquo;ail et de piment. Par contre, je n&rsquo;ai pas respect\u00e9 la tradition en ajoutant quelques copeaux de parmesan dans mon assiette. C&rsquo;est un sacril\u00e8ge pour les Italiens d&rsquo;ajouter ce fromage dans des p\u00e2tes aux poissons ou aux fruits de mer. Mais je trouve \u00e7a tellement gourmand que j&rsquo;ai du mal \u00e0 y r\u00e9sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai choisi de mettre des spaghettis complets mais vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr utiliser les p\u00e2tes de votre choix. Linguines, pennes ou torsades, un large choix s&rsquo;offre \u00e0 vous. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez-les par contre toujours en version compl\u00e8te pour qu&rsquo;elles soient meilleures nutritionnellement et \u00e0 IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la Puttanesca vous permettra de manger sain et gourmand pour seulement quelques minutes de pr\u00e9paration. Rien de plus simple, il vous suffira de faire cuire les p\u00e2tes et de r\u00e9aliser la sauce en ajoutant les ingr\u00e9dients les uns apr\u00e8s les autres. 5 minutes de pr\u00e9paration, 30 minutes de cuisson et le tour est jou\u00e9. Id\u00e9al donc pour un midi ou un soir de semaine.
