Je vous pr\u00e9sente ces d\u00e9licieuses verrines aux asperges surmont\u00e9es d&rsquo;un crumble sal\u00e9 aux pignons de pin. J&rsquo;avais \u00e0 c\u0153ur de vous proposer une recette ap\u00e9ritive \u00e0 base d&rsquo;asperges et c&rsquo;est maintenant chose faite. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par mes convives. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que ce sera aussi le cas pour vous. Je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser des verrines plut\u00f4t larges pour d\u00e9guster simultan\u00e9ment les trois couches. Le m\u00e9lange est succulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;asperges, il faut d&rsquo;abord cuire les asperges. Ensuite, mixez-les avec de la cr\u00e8me de soja et les autres ingr\u00e9dients. Enfin, il faut passer la cr\u00e8me obtenue au chinois. C&rsquo;est une \u00e9tape essentielle dans cette recette car m\u00eame quand les asperges sont bien mix\u00e9es, il reste toujours des \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9sidus\u00a0\u00bb de fibres d&rsquo;asperges. Cette texture n&rsquo;est pas agr\u00e9able en bouche c&rsquo;est pourquoi je passe le m\u00e9lange au chinois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore servir des verrines pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. Elles sont souvent synonymes de fra\u00eecheur et riches en couleurs. En plus, si elles sont bien compos\u00e9es, elle sont plus saines et l\u00e9g\u00e8res que des bouch\u00e9es ap\u00e9ritives \u00e0 base de feuillet\u00e9s. Salez, poivrez. Chauffez et incorporez l&rsquo;agar agar dilu\u00e9 dans 5cl de cr\u00e8me de soja. Laissez chauffer 45 secondes \u00e0 1 minute puis versez dans des verrines. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez pendant au moins 2h.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16210852759093673\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Pr\u00e9parez le crumble :<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16210852866263762\" class=\"direction-step\">Mixez grossi\u00e8rement les flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et les pignons de pin puis ajoutez le parmesan et le poivre.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16210852883103771\" class=\"direction-step\">M\u00e9langez la pur\u00e9e de cajou, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et le miel et incorporez-les aux ingr\u00e9dients secs.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16210852895653776\" class=\"direction-step\">M\u00e9langez l&rsquo;ensemble et enfournez sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 pour 20 minutes \u00e0 160\u00b0.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16210853157223825\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\"><br \/>Juste avant de servir :<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16210853294063966\" class=\"direction-step\">Pr\u00e9parez la garniture en coupant le jambon cru en petites morceaux ainsi que les asperges restantes (sans prendre les t\u00eates des asperges).
