Aujourd&rsquo;hui, c&rsquo;est une version plut\u00f4t classique que je vous propose mais pas des moins savoureuses. Ce poke bowl au saumon est agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&rsquo;une sauce au s\u00e9same, au citron vert et au gingembre hach\u00e9. Cet assaisonnement m\u00eal\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques feuilles de coriandre rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 merveille l&rsquo;ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 modifier les toppings selon vos go\u00fbts. Vous pouvez par exemple mettre des pousses de soja, des carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, du chou rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9 ou encore des f\u00e8ves edamame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le poke bowl est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec une base de riz vinaigr\u00e9. J&rsquo;adore \u00e7a mais malheureusement sa composition est telle qu&rsquo;il a un index glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9. Dans ce poke bowl au saumon, j&rsquo;ai donc opt\u00e9 pour une base de riz basmati complet. Accompagn\u00e9s entre autres de houmous, d&rsquo;avocat, de pois chiches grill\u00e9s et d&rsquo;une sauce au tahini, ces falafels sont d\u00e9licieux.
