J&rsquo;en mets partout, que ce soit dans des recettes sucr\u00e9es comme ces muffins ou dans des recettes sal\u00e9es comme <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/25\/veloute-de-patates-douces-a-la-cacahuete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mon velout\u00e9 de patates douces.<\/a> J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ellement d\u00e9couvert la pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes depuis que je me suis tourn\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Je n&rsquo;en consommais pas avant car je l&rsquo;associais au gras et au sucre. Mais finalement, en version 100% cacahu\u00e8tes, la pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes s&rsquo;invite parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine. Ces muffins peanut butter et chocolat feront une parfaite collation healthy et gourmande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette ci-dessous convient pour 6 muffins ou 4 maxi muffins. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 les deux versions en mettant une barre de 2 carr\u00e9s de chocolat au milieu. Je dois avouer qu&rsquo;en format classique, le chocolat est donc encore plus pr\u00e9sent ce qui en fait des muffins encore plus gourmands. Encore ti\u00e8des avec le chocolat coulant ou apr\u00e8s quelques secondes au micro-ondes, c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice. J&rsquo;ai tellement ador\u00e9 ces muffins peanut butter et chocolat que j&rsquo;en ai fait deux fois en l&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;une semaine. A votre tour de vous r\u00e9galer facilement et en un rien de temps : 10 minutes de pr\u00e9paration et 15 minutes de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
