Dans cette recette d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 \u00e0 la mexicaine, c&rsquo;est sans surprise que l&rsquo;on retrouve les saveurs du chili qui est un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 le composer moi-m\u00eame plut\u00f4t que de l&rsquo;acheter tout fait. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;avais fait aussi dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/27\/salade-mexicaine-au-petit-epeautre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">petit \u00e9peautre \u00e0 la mexicaine<\/a>. Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr remplacer l&rsquo;ensemble des \u00e9pices de la recette par environ 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9pices chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 composition, cette recette ressemble \u00e0 un chili con cane. Mais dans cette version, j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 les haricots rouges par des poivrons grill\u00e9s et du ma\u00efs. Ce dernier n&rsquo;est pas un aliment \u00e0 IG bas mais il n&rsquo;y a que 130g pour l&rsquo;ensemble de la recette. Cela permet donc de le consommer de mani\u00e8re raisonnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souhaitez d\u00e9guster le m\u00e9lange de viande hach\u00e9e d&rsquo;une autre mani\u00e8re, vous pouvez tout simplement l&rsquo;utiliser pour garnir une tortilla. Ajoutez quelques morceaux de tomates fra\u00eeches et pourquoi pas du cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9 pour les plus gourmands. Pour les tortillas, j&rsquo;ai en t\u00eate d&rsquo;essayer <a href=\"https:\/\/megalowfood.com\/tortilla-saine-au-son-davoine-ig-bas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la recette de Megalow Food.<\/a> A base de son d&rsquo;avoine et de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre compl\u00e8te, ils sont parfaits dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
