Personnellement, je ne r\u00e9siste pas. Et quand le chocolat et les noisettes s&rsquo;invitent en haut de la pile, je trouve cela encore plus gourmand. Ces pancakes aux p\u00e9pites de chocolat sont tr\u00e8s moelleux et tr\u00e8s gourmands. Quand ils sont ti\u00e8des, je les trouve encore meilleurs car les p\u00e9pites de chocolat fondent dans la bouche. Vous n&rsquo;avez m\u00eame pas besoin d&rsquo;ajouter des toppings, ils se d\u00e9gustent parfaitement nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, je suis en ce moment adepte des pancakes ultra rapides \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. J&rsquo;ai en effet d\u00e9couvert qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y avait ni besoin de monter les blancs en neige ni de laisser la p\u00e2te reposer pour obtenir un d\u00e9licieux r\u00e9sultat. Dans ces pancakes aux p\u00e9pites de chocolat, la ricotta permet par exemple d&rsquo;apporter une texture moelleuse. Ils sont tr\u00e8s sains et conviennent parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Et pour ne pas vous d\u00e9plaire, ils sont sans sucres ajout\u00e9s.
