Ce mets tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 base de lentilles nous vient de la cuisine indienne. Il se d\u00e9cline sous 1001 versions et, aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;agr\u00e9menter cette recette avec des pois cass\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la coco. Elle contient plus d&rsquo;eau que le lait de coco et est donc moins riche \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement. Si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas vous pouvez remplacer les 20cl de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale par 10 \u00e0 15 cl de lait de coco et 5 \u00e0 10cl suppl\u00e9mentaires de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis que j&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentation, j&rsquo;ai remis les lentilles au c\u0153ur de mon assiette. Auparavant, j&rsquo;en mangeais occasionnellement alors que c&rsquo;est une l\u00e9gumineuse que j&rsquo;adore. Ses diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s (corail, vertes, jaunes\u2026) offrent des saveurs et des textures diff\u00e9rentes. Les lentilles corail conviennent parfaitement pour obtenir des textures fondantes. Attention cependant \u00e0 ne pas trop les cuire pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elles se r\u00e9duisent en bouillie. Dans ce dahl de lentilles corail, je les ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration en fin de cuisson. Les lentilles jaunes sont aussi une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de lentilles fondantes. Je les utilise notamment pour r\u00e9aliser de la bolognaise veggie comme dans mes <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/13\/lasagnes-veggie-aux-lentilles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lasagnes aux lentilles<\/a>. Je vous recommande de les tester car c&rsquo;est une super astuce pour s&rsquo;orienter un peu plus vers une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
