Elle met \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur quelques l\u00e9gumes de cette jolie saison : f\u00e8ves, petits pois et radis. Avec ses saveurs asiatiques gr\u00e2ce au miso, \u00e0 la coriandre, au gingembre et \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, cette salade de nouilles soba au miso est une explosion de saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saviez-vous que \u00ab\u00a0soba\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0sarrasin\u00a0\u00bb en japonais ? Ces nouilles sont en fait fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de farine de sarrasin. Elles sont tr\u00e8s couramment consomm\u00e9es au Japon. Elles sont sans gluten et sont excellentes dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine. Attention cependant \u00e0 la composition des nouilles au moment de l&rsquo;achat.
