Je me suis toujours dit que j&rsquo;allais essayer et c&rsquo;est d\u00e9sormais chose faite ! Cela n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te qui ne soit pas trop friable. J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 avec un \u0153uf puis deux, avec plus ou moins de chou-fleur, plus ou moins de skyr. Apr\u00e8s 3 essais, je suis conquise par le r\u00e9sultat. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup la texture et la tenue de la p\u00e2te, c&rsquo;est pourquoi je vous partage ci-dessous ma recette de pizza de chou-fleur. Une pizza convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la garniture, laissez libre cours \u00e0 votre imagination et agr\u00e9mentez-la de vos ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. En ce qui concerne ma version, je suis rest\u00e9e dans le classique : sauce tomate, mozzarella, jambon cru, tomates cerises, roquette, pignons de pin. J&rsquo;y ai ajout\u00e9 un filet d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 la truffe car j&rsquo;adore ce petit go\u00fbt sur une pizza. Je vous partage aussi ma recette de sauce tomate. Cela vaut vraiment le coup de la faire maison m\u00eame si vous n&rsquo;utilisez pas de tomates fra\u00eeches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez d\u00e9coup\u00e9 un gros chou-fleur pour r\u00e9aliser cette pizza de chou-fleur, il vous en restera certainement.
