Et chaque ann\u00e9e, l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du printemps est une joie car j&rsquo;adore ce l\u00e9gume. Avant de cuisiner autant, je les d\u00e9gustais simplement avec une sauce. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je les mets \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur dans diff\u00e9rents mets, que ce soit des salades, des quiches, des bouch\u00e9es ap\u00e9ritives ou encore des p\u00e2tes. Cette fois-ci, je vous ai concoct\u00e9 une salade printani\u00e8re aux asperges, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d&rsquo;autres l\u00e9gumes verts, de mozzarella et d&rsquo;une sauce au s\u00e9same. Cette jolie assiette verte est tr\u00e8s saine et ravira vos papilles. Elle sera parfaite pour votre lunch box ou pour un pique-nique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;asperge est un concentr\u00e9 de bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. Elle a entre autres des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires qui prot\u00e8gent des radicaux libres et elle permet aussi d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les coups de fatigue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;acide aspartique qu&rsquo;elle contient. L&rsquo;asperge verte renferme davantage de vitamines B antistress que les asperges violettes ou blanches. Dans cette recette, passez les asperges vertes sous l&rsquo;eau froide apr\u00e8s cuisson.
