Ces pancakes healthy au peanut butter sont d\u00e9licieux. C&rsquo;est certain que je ferai de nouveau cette recette tr\u00e8s vite pour les faire d\u00e9guster \u00e0 mon entourage. Et parce qu&rsquo;on a pas toujours le temps ou l&rsquo;envie de passer des heures en cuisine, je vous ai concoct\u00e9 ici une recette tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. En effet, les blancs ne sont pas mont\u00e9s en neige et il n&rsquo;y a pas de temps de repos. Vous pourrez donc vous r\u00e9galer facilement et rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 composition, ces pancakes healthy au peanut butter satisferont toutes les personnes qui suivent une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. A condition par contre de choisir une pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes non sucr\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire compos\u00e9e \u00e0 100% de cacahu\u00e8tes.
