Au d\u00e9but, j&rsquo;ai voulu tout simplement revisiter la version classique des rochers \u00e0 la noix de coco en version noisette. Puis, au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la pr\u00e9paration, j&rsquo;ai voulu la rendre de plus en plus gourmande. Avant cuisson, j&rsquo;ai ins\u00e9r\u00e9 du chocolat au c\u0153ur de ces rochers. Apr\u00e8s cuisson, je les ai tremp\u00e9s dans du chocolat fondu et saupoudr\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9clats de noisettes. Au final, j&rsquo;ai obtenu des rochers choco-noisette tr\u00e8s gourmands. Compos\u00e9s principalement de blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et de poudre de noisettes, ils sont tr\u00e8s sains et conviennent parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces rochers sont \u00e0 d\u00e9guster ti\u00e8des ou froids. Personnellement, je les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ti\u00e8des avec le c\u0153ur chocolat fondant qui rend ces petites douceurs encore plus gourmandes. Je les passe m\u00eame quelques secondes au micro-ondes une fois qu&rsquo;ils ont refroidis pour retrouver un c\u0153ur coulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez cass\u00e9 des \u0153ufs pour cette recette et qu&rsquo;il vous reste deux jaunes, vous pouvez les int\u00e9grer dans un appareil pour garnir une tarte sal\u00e9e. Essayez par exemple ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/21\/tartelettes-aux-oignons-caramelises\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tartelettes
