Pour une version originale, je vous propose de cuisiner ce taboul\u00e9 au brocoli et noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es. J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 le chou-fleur r\u00e9duit en semoule alors pourquoi ne pas essayer avec le brocoli ? Je l&rsquo;ai donc mix\u00e9 cru pour obtenir une semoule et je l&rsquo;ai ensuite m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec de la graine de couscous de bl\u00e9 complet. Avec sa d\u00e9licieuse sauce \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et ses herbes aromatiques hach\u00e9es, vous vous r\u00e9galerez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le brocoli a de nombreux bienfaits et ce taboul\u00e9 vous permettra d&rsquo;en profiter. En effet, le consommer cru, comme dans cette recette sous forme de semoule, permet de pr\u00e9server au mieux sa vitamine C, son fer et sa chlorophylle. Le brocoli est plus riche en vitamine C que certains agrumes. Par ailleurs, c&rsquo;est un crucif\u00e8re riche en fibres et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vinaigrette \u00e0 la noisette ainsi que le basilic apportent beaucoup de go\u00fbt et de parfum \u00e0 ce taboul\u00e9.
