Les bowls et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les salades compos\u00e9es permettent de cr\u00e9er des assiettes color\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est une des raisons pour lesquelles j&rsquo;adore concocter de nouvelles recettes de salades. En associant divers fruits, l\u00e9gumes, ol\u00e9agineux et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, vous obtenez de belles assiettes saines, vitamin\u00e9es et gourmandes. C&rsquo;est le cas par exemple de ma <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/22\/salade-de-quinoa-au-halloumi-vinaigrette-au-kiwi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade de quinoa au halloumi et au kiwi<\/a>, je vous conseille de la tester si ce n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai mis la patate douce \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur. Vous la d\u00e9gusterez sous forme de falafels ainsi que sous forme de patates douces d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s et r\u00f4ties. Et ce ne sont que deux options parmi la multitudes de mani\u00e8res de cuisiner cette tubercule. En effet, la patate douce se d\u00e9guste aussi en frites, en pur\u00e9e, en gratin\u2026 Avec ce buddha bowl \u00e0 la patate douce, vous ferez le plein en b\u00eatacarot\u00e8ne et en vitamine C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 ce bowl avec les falafels et les patates douces r\u00f4ties ti\u00e8des et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9licieux. Cela permet de ne pas avoir un delta de temp\u00e9rature trop important avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients et notamment la sauce froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
