Par exemple, il suffit de choisir des l\u00e9gumes, de les faire cuire puis de les mixer avec de la cr\u00e8me et les ingr\u00e9dients de votre choix pour obtenir une sauce onctueuse et originale. Cette recette de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de courgettes en est une bonne illustration. J&rsquo;ai mix\u00e9 des courgettes avec de la cr\u00e8me de soja, du citron et du basilic. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9serv\u00e9 une partie des courgettes cuites pour les mettre \u00ab\u00a0enti\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb dans l&rsquo;assiette. Cela apporte une texture diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine, la courgette est id\u00e9ale. Elle contient une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau ce qui la rend l\u00e9g\u00e8re et pauvre en calories. Ses nutriments, comme par exemple la vitamine C, sont davantage renferm\u00e9s dans la peau. Achetez-les donc bio pour \u00e9viter les pesticides. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement la consommer crue pour profiter au mieux de ses vitamines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore l&rsquo;association courgette et citron dans ces p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de courgettes. Je l&rsquo;avais aussi r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/02\/pates-aux-encornets-et-sauce-citronnee-et-safranee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e2tes aux encornets et sauce citronn\u00e9e<\/a>. Vous verrez que dans cette derni\u00e8re, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour des courgettes coup\u00e9es en spaghettis.
