De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, aucun doute, je suis team granola ! Sucr\u00e9s ou sal\u00e9s, j&rsquo;adore en pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 toutes les sauces. Pour la version sucr\u00e9e, comme ce granola amande choco et coco, je le d\u00e9guste le plus souvent au petit-d\u00e9jeuner avec un yaourt au soja, un fruit et une cuill\u00e8re de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux. Pour la version sal\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est dans les soupes et les salades que j&rsquo;adore en ajouter. Si vous ne connaissez pas la version sal\u00e9e du granola, allez donc voir ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/25\/veloute-de-patates-douces-a-la-cacahuete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">granola sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 \u00e0 la cacahu\u00e8te et \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/a>. Il accompagne un velout\u00e9 de patates douces \u00e0 la coco et \u00e0 la cacahu\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce granola amande choco et coco, trois options s&rsquo;offrent \u00e0 vous pour le chocolat. La 1\u00e8re est de mettre les p\u00e9pites de chocolat sur le granola directement \u00e0 la sortie du four afin qu&rsquo;elles fondent. La 2\u00e8me est d&rsquo;attendre que la granola refroidisse puis d&rsquo;ajouter le chocolat pour garder des grosses p\u00e9pites. Enfin, la 3\u00e8me est de faire un mix des options pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et c&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai choisi de faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand le granola sort du four, laissez-le refroidir en plaque et cassez-le ensuite. Cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir des gros morceaux bien croustillants. Je ne sais pas comment \u00e7a se passe chez vous mais chez moi ce sont toujours les gros morceaux qui partent en premier !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
