Ces muffins pomme amande et cannelle r\u00e9pondront tout \u00e0 fait \u00e0 vos attentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, cette recette a tout bon. Comme tout ol\u00e9agineux, les amandes sont recommand\u00e9es dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur haute teneur en fibres qu&rsquo;elles permettent de normaliser la glyc\u00e9mie. L&rsquo;amande est pr\u00e9sente sous de multiples formes dans cette recette : en pur\u00e9e, en boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, en poudre, enti\u00e8res ou effil\u00e9es. Les pommes et la cannelle apportent aussi leur lot de bienfaits \u00e0 ces muffins. Elles permettent notamment de r\u00e9guler la glyc\u00e9mie. Trois aliments \u00e0 IG bas pour se faire plaisir sans culpabiliser, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que \u00e7a vous plaira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces muffins pomme amande cannelle peuvent s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 votre niveau de gourmandise ou \u00e0 votre app\u00e9tit. R\u00e9alisez les dans des plus petits moules pour en faire 10 ou dans des grands moules pour en faire 6. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour la 2\u00e8me version et j&rsquo;ai obtenu des muffins ultra gourmands !
