C&rsquo;est une salade compos\u00e9e que j&rsquo;adore mais qui souvent n&rsquo;est pas en ad\u00e9quation avec une alimentation saine. Je souhaite donc vous la pr\u00e9senter en version healthy en la revisitant de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res. Je vous avais propos\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/07\/salade-caesar-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> recette \u00e0 base de poulet pan\u00e9<\/a> dans laquelle la panure est compos\u00e9e de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, noisettes et graines de s\u00e9same. Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est une salade Caesar healthy et v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne que je vous propose avec du tofu pan\u00e9. Si vous ne connaissez pas le tofu, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre une bonne id\u00e9e de le d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 travers cette salade. Alors, elle vous tente cette version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne de la salade Caesar ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tofu est une p\u00e2te r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de soja. Son go\u00fbt est neutre et c&rsquo;est pour cela que j&rsquo;ai pris l&rsquo;habitude de le faire mariner avant de l&rsquo;utiliser dans mes recettes. Le mieux est de le laisser mariner toute la nuit mais si vous avez oubli\u00e9, 2 heures suffiront. Et si vous n&rsquo;avez vraiment pas le temps, cette \u00e9tape de marinade est moins essentielle dans cette salade Caesar v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne que dans d&rsquo;autres recettes. En effet, le tofu est pan\u00e9 ce qui lui donne plus de go\u00fbt qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;accoutum\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-606fe1033a988\" class=\"direction-step\">Une fois le temps de marinade \u00e9coul\u00e9, pr\u00e9parez 3 bols : le 1er avec la farine, le 2\u00e8me avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu, sel et poivre et le 3\u00e8me avec les flocons mix\u00e9s et les graines de s\u00e9same.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-606fe1033a98a\" class=\"direction-step\">Panez les morceaux de tofu en les passant dans la farine puis l&rsquo;\u0153uf et enfin les flocons. Placez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, huilez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la panure \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau et enfournez pour 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 en retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-606fe1033a98b\" class=\"direction-step\">Huilez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les tranches de pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau et enfournez pour 12 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 en retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson. \u00c0 la sortie du four, frottez l&rsquo;ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9 sur le pain et r\u00e9alisez des cro\u00fbtons.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16179452769641409\" class=\"direction-step\">Coupez les avocats en d\u00e9s, les tomates cerises en 4 quartiers et l&rsquo;oignon rouge en fines rondelles.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16179453079941486\" class=\"direction-step\">Pr\u00e9parez la sauce en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16179453191561507\" class=\"direction-step\">Assemblez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la salade.
