Et m\u00eame si vous ne mettez pas directement les pieds sous la table car vous devez les pr\u00e9parer, vous aurez le plaisir de sentir la fleur d&rsquo;oranger qui \u00e9mane lors de la cuisson de ces cr\u00eapes \u00e0 la fleur d&rsquo;oranger et \u00e0 la noix de coco. Ces deux saveurs se marient vraiment tr\u00e8s bien et je ne m&rsquo;en lasse pas. Apr\u00e8s les avoir associ\u00e9es dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/22\/cake-a-la-coco-et-fleur-doranger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cake coco et fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/a>, c&rsquo;est dans la composition de mes cr\u00eapes que je les ai mises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servies avec un peu de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal \u00e0 la coco, des tranches d&rsquo;orange, de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et des chips de coco, ces cr\u00eapes \u00e0 la fleur d&rsquo;oranger sont un r\u00e9gal. Et si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la simplicit\u00e9, elles sont aussi d\u00e9licieuses nature. J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude de ne pas sucrer ma p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes mais ajustez si besoin en privil\u00e9giant bien s\u00fbr un sucre non raffin\u00e9 comme le miel d&rsquo;acacia, le sirop d&rsquo;agave, le sucre de coco ou encore le sucre de bouleau (appel\u00e9 aussi xylitol). Les sucres non raffin\u00e9s sont plus riches en nutriments et poss\u00e8dent un IG plus bas que le sucre blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
