Rien qu&rsquo;en regardant la photo, j&rsquo;ai envie de recraquer pour ce brookie gourmand et healthy. Et je vous assure que malgr\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re impression que l&rsquo;on peut avoir en les voyant, les ingr\u00e9dients qui composent cette recette sont sains et \u00e0 IG contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Pas de quoi culpabiliser !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce brookie gourmand et fondant doit \u00eatre cuit de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il y ait un tout petit peu de coulant entre les deux couches de p\u00e2tes. Et l\u00e0 ce sera vraiment un r\u00e9gal !  Alors, \u00e0 vos montres et ne d\u00e9passez pas 10 \u00e0 11 minutes de cuisson. Vous pouvez aussi faire ce brookie gourmand et healthy en version maxi dans un plat \u00e0 g\u00e2teau d&rsquo;environ 18 \u00e0 20cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Le temps de cuisson devra \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 entre 20 et 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 brownie \u00e0 base de betterave cuite. Elle permet de remplacer une partie de la farine et une partie du sucre. C&rsquo;est devenu pour moi r\u00e9gulier d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer des l\u00e9gumineuses ou des l\u00e9gumes dans mes recettes sucr\u00e9es. Je trouve que c&rsquo;est magique car ils all\u00e8gent consid\u00e9rablement la recette tout en apportant la texture souhait\u00e9e. Et bien s\u00fbr, ils sont ind\u00e9tectables quand on croque dans la gourmandise. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une autre recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/09\/brookie-healthy-aux-haricots-rouges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brookie mais avec des haricots rouges dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 brownie<\/a>.
