Direction la Chine avec ce poulet sauce aigre-douce. Cette sauce d&rsquo;origine chinoise est un subtil m\u00e9lange entre l&rsquo;acide, le sucr\u00e9 et les nombreuses \u00e9pices. J&rsquo;ai mis ici un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices 5 parfums qui se compose de cannelle, fenouil, anis, graines de coriandre et cumin. Comme le chili ou le curry, il existe 1001 recettes car chacun y ajoute sa touche personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 est une d\u00e9lice dans ce poulet sauce aigre-douce. Si vous avez le temps, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez l&rsquo;ananas frais \u00e0 l&rsquo;ananas au sirop qui se pr\u00e9sente en conserve. Il sera bien meilleur et sur le plan nutritionnel, plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9. Rien de tel que les fruits frais qui regorgent de vitamines !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je cuisine souvent le poulet car c&rsquo;est une viande maigre (\u00e0 condition de choisir les blancs de poulet) et compos\u00e9e de bonnes prot\u00e9ines. Les mani\u00e8res de le cuisiner se d\u00e9clinent \u00e0 l&rsquo;infini. Le poulet peut se marier avec de nombreux ingr\u00e9dients. De quoi diversifier vos recettes et donc vos repas. Versez dans la sauteuse et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.
