Dans cette recette de crumble pomme et poire, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 des noisettes et des f\u00e8ves tonka. Laissez libre cours \u00e0 votre imagination pour le d\u00e9cliner au mieux selon vos go\u00fbts. Vous pouvez par exemple remplacer la f\u00e8ve tonka par de la cannelle. Et pour les plus gourmands, pourquoi ne pas ajouter quelques grosses p\u00e9pites de chocolat \u00e0 70% de cacao ? Mais le niveau de gourmandise est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien haut avec ce crumble pomme et poire alors n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 tester cette version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on entend \u00ab\u00a0crumble\u00a0\u00bb, ce n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment le mot \u00ab\u00a0healthy\u00a0\u00bb qui nous vient en t\u00eate. Sa composition \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine est faite de beurre, de farine blanche et de sucre blanc. Une association d\u00e9conseill\u00e9e dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Heureusement, n&rsquo;importe quelle recette peut se d\u00e9cliner en version healthy. En voil\u00e0 la preuve avec mon crumble compos\u00e9 de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, de poudre de noisettes, de sucre de coco et d&rsquo;huile de coco.
