Vous avez raison, elle est pleine de peps gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son assaisonnement au chili. Saviez-vous que ce dernier est un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices ? Il nous vient de la cuisine tex-mex et se compose principalement de piment ce qui lui donne son go\u00fbt relev\u00e9.  Le cumin, l&rsquo;origan, l&rsquo;ail ou encore le paprika peuvent faire \u00e9galement partie de composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de ses jolies couleurs, cette salade mexicaine au petit \u00e9peautre est d\u00e9licieuse. J&rsquo;adore la touche sucr\u00e9e apport\u00e9e par la mangue ainsi que la texture fondante des d\u00e9s d&rsquo;avocats. Entre le petit \u00e9peautre, les haricots rouges, l&rsquo;avocat et les \u00e9pices, c&rsquo;est une v\u00e9ritable assiette sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 IG contr\u00f4l\u00e9. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, elle est tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il suffit de couper les ingr\u00e9dients, pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;assaisonnement et tout m\u00e9langer. Qui a dit qu&rsquo;on ne pouvait pas manger sainement quand on manque de temps ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le petit \u00e9peautre est excellent froid en salade mais il est aussi tr\u00e8s bon chaud. Il peut par exemple se cuire de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;un risotto.
