Alors pour profiter de ce d\u00e9licieux l\u00e9gume vert, je vous propose cette quiche au saumon et \u00e9pinards. Avec pas une mais deux sortes de saumon : du saumon fum\u00e9 et du saumon frais pour des textures et des go\u00fbts diff\u00e9rents mais qui se marient tr\u00e8s bien ensemble. Les l\u00e9gumes verts comme les \u00e9pinards sont \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Ils ont une tr\u00e8s faible concentration en glucides et par cons\u00e9quent un IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rendre mes tartes plus gourmandes \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation, j&rsquo;utilise d\u00e9sormais un cercle rond d&rsquo;environ 25cm. Cela permet d&rsquo;avoir des rebords plus hauts par rapport \u00e0 un moule \u00e0 tarte classique et donc d&rsquo;avoir une quiche plus \u00e9paisse et un rendu plus gourmand. Il faudra juste faire attention \u00e0 la cuisson qui sera plus longue de quelques minutes par rapport \u00e0 une quiche plus fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez aim\u00e9 l&rsquo;association des aliments dans cette quiche au saumon et \u00e9pinards, vous pouvez tester ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/07\/pates-au-saumon-epinards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e2tes au saumon et aux \u00e9pinards<\/a>. On y retrouve m\u00eame les pignons de pin. En revanche, la cr\u00e8me de coco remplace le ch\u00e8vre frais dans ce plat de p\u00e2tes, ce qui permet d&rsquo;apporter davantage d&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
