Ce velout\u00e9 de chou-fleur au curry agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de granola sal\u00e9 comblera vos envies. M\u00eame si la soupe en elle-m\u00eame est tr\u00e8s bonne, je dois avouer que c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame la bonne excuse pour manger du granola sal\u00e9. Version sucr\u00e9e ou version sal\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est toujours un r\u00e9gal ! C&rsquo;est super simple \u00e0 faire et vraiment meilleur que les versions industrielles qui contiennent souvent trop de sucres. Et ce qui est top aussi, c&rsquo;est que le granola se conserve tr\u00e8s bien dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique. Pratique pour en avoir sous la main r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saviez-vous que le curry est un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices originaire d&rsquo;Inde ? Il existe 1001 recettes de curry et, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, ce condiment se compose de curcuma ce qui lui donne sa couleur jaune, de coriandre, de gingembre, de cardamome, d&rsquo;ail ou encore de fenouil. Cette liste est non exhaustive car c&rsquo;est un m\u00e9lange qui peut se composer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une vingtaine d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. Cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir des go\u00fbts plus ou moins intenses et plus ou moins \u00e9pic\u00e9s. Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un m\u00e9lange de curcuma, coriandre, gingembre et cumin.
