Oui oui, vous avez bien lu ! Les l\u00e9gumes font des merveilles en p\u00e2tisserie car les l\u00e9gumineuses remplacent parfaitement la farine. Et c\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, on est largement gagnant \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer dans nos g\u00e2teaux. Haricots blancs, haricots rouges, pois chiches, tous peuvent faire l&rsquo;affaire, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9. Par exemple, la couche de brownie dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/09\/brookie-healthy-aux-haricots-rouges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brookie healthy<\/a> est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de haricots rouges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumes secs sont \u00e0 IG bas. Ils vous permettront d&rsquo;\u00eatre rassasi\u00e9s plus longtemps et donc d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les fringales. Ils vous aideront \u00e0 garder la ligne. Autre atout, ils sont tr\u00e8s riches en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et, accompagn\u00e9s de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, ils remplacent parfaitement les prot\u00e9ines animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour revenir \u00e0 ce g\u00e2teau choco-amandes aux pois chiches, si vous adorez l&rsquo;amande, vous \u00eates au bon endroit.
