Cette recette de p\u00e2tes au pesto de chou kale vous comblera. Au-del\u00e0 du basilic remplac\u00e9 par le chou kale, j&rsquo;ai aussi mis des amandes \u00e0 la place des pignons de pin. Avec un petit peu de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande pour accentuer le go\u00fbt, l&rsquo;association est une r\u00e9ussite. Les amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es ont aussi un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat dans cette recette. Elles apportent encore plus de go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces p\u00e2tes au pesto de chou kale sont tr\u00e8s simples \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il vous suffira de mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients du pesto, de torr\u00e9fier les amandes et de faire cuire les p\u00e2tes. Facile, non ? Pour faire baisser l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique de cette assiette, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 y ajouter des l\u00e9gumes, ou tout simplement des feuilles de chou kale. Vous pouvez les faire cuire dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e ou dans une sauteuse avec de l&rsquo;ail par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il vous reste du chou kale apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette recette, je vous propose de le cuire et de l&rsquo;utiliser dans une quiche.
