Car oui, soupe ne veut pas dire punition ! On peut se r\u00e9galer, comme par exemple avec ce velout\u00e9 de patates douces \u00e0 la cacahu\u00e8te. Il est d\u00e9licieux et peut \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un granola sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 \u00e0 la cacahu\u00e8te et \u00e0 la coco pour encore plus de gourmandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez sans probl\u00e8me remplacer la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la coco par du lait de coco. En revanche, cela donnera une version de ce velout\u00e9 de patates douces \u00e0 la cacahu\u00e8te un peu plus riche en calories. En effet, la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale contient davantage d&rsquo;eau et all\u00e8ge donc la recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le granola, je vous donne la recette pour agr\u00e9menter cette soupe mais aussi pour le conserver dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique et en consommer selon vos envies. Vous pourrez l&rsquo;utiliser dans une salade ou le grignoter pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. C&rsquo;est vraiment gourmand et bien mieux que des biscuits ap\u00e9ritifs industriels. Ce que j&rsquo;adore avec le granola c&rsquo;est que la recette de base se d\u00e9cline facilement. Cela permet de cr\u00e9er un granola qui s&rsquo;associe parfaitement avec l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment principal.
