C&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice et \u00e7a sort de l&rsquo;ordinaire. Pour la petite histoire, je dois cette recette \u00e0 ma cousine qui avait mang\u00e9 un cake coco\/fleur d&rsquo;oranger vraiment d\u00e9licieux dans un restaurant. Elle savait qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sans \u0153ufs. Challenge accepted ! Je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une recette pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse se r\u00e9galer de nouveau chez elle. Et c&rsquo;est d\u00e9sormais un challenge relev\u00e9. M\u00eame si bien s\u00fbr ce n&rsquo;est pas le m\u00eame cake, elle a beaucoup aim\u00e9. Et l&rsquo;association fleur d&rsquo;oranger\/coco \u00e9tait tellement r\u00e9ussie que j&rsquo;ai aussi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/29\/crepes-a-la-fleur-doranger-et-noix-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cr\u00eapes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer ce cake sans \u0153ufs, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des graines de chia. Il suffit de les m\u00e9langer avec de l&rsquo;eau, de les laisser gonfler une quinzaine de minutes et de les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Elles remplacent parfaitement l&rsquo;\u0153uf dans les recettes ayant besoin d&rsquo;un liant comme par exemple dans ce cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai effectu\u00e9 plusieurs essais pour que cette recette me convienne. Un temps de cuisson de 45 minutes \u00e9tait selon moi un peu trop juste mais si vous aimez les cakes pas trop cuits, cela vous conviendra peut-\u00eatre. Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai choisi 48 minutes de cuisson pour cette recette car je trouve que c&rsquo;est plus adapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
