Cette salade de quinoa au halloumi et kiwi est vraiment originale et change des salades compos\u00e9es qu&rsquo;on a l&rsquo;habitude de manger. En plus, le rendu est tr\u00e8s joli et l&rsquo;assiette tr\u00e8s app\u00e9tissante gr\u00e2ce aux nombreuses couleurs associ\u00e9es et aux diff\u00e9rentes formes des ingr\u00e9dients. Si vous avez besoin de vitamines en plein hiver, cette recette fera parfaitement l&rsquo;affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le halloumi est un fromage m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en qui nous vient plus particuli\u00e8rement de Chypre. A l&rsquo;origine, il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de lait de brebis et de ch\u00e8vre mais il se peut que vous en trouviez avec du lait de vache. Je dois avouer que ce n&rsquo;est pas l&rsquo;aliment le plus facile \u00e0 trouver, non seulement au niveau de sa saisonnalit\u00e9 mais aussi des magasins qui le distribuent. Une partie de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, plut\u00f4t en \u00e9t\u00e9, vous pouvez en acheter chez Auchan sous la marque Casa Azzurra. La date de limite de consommation \u00e9tant lointaine, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire vos r\u00e9serves pour en profiter au cours de l&rsquo;hiver.
