Ou tout simplement pour bien d\u00e9buter la journ\u00e9e avec un petit d\u00e9jeuner sain et gourmand ? Je vous pr\u00e9sente mes pancakes \u00e0 la noix de coco. Ils sont faciles et rapides \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Pour les cuire, j&rsquo;utilise une mini po\u00eale pour avoir des pancakes r\u00e9guliers. Je vous conseille de les d\u00e9guster avec du yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal \u00e0 la coco, des rondelles de bananes et des chips de coco. Gourmandise assur\u00e9e ! Il y a un peu de sucre de coco dans cette recette ce qui permet de pouvoir les savourer nature. Et avec ce d\u00e9licieux parfum noix de coco, ils se suffisent \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La farine de coco est d\u00e9pourvue de gluten. Si vous souhaitez l&rsquo;utiliser en p\u00e2tisserie dans une recette qui n\u00e9cessite de pousser, il faudra donc la m\u00e9langer avec une farine qui contient du gluten. C&rsquo;est pour cela que j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 de la farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre dans ces pancakes \u00e0 la noix de coco. La farine de coco ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 25% de la quantit\u00e9 totale de farine pour que la recette soit r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand j&rsquo;utilise de la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la coco pour une recette, il en reste bien souvent dans la bouteille. Alors j&rsquo;en profite pour tester d&rsquo;autres pr\u00e9parations \u00e0 base de boisson \u00e0 la coco. C&rsquo;est le cas par exemple de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/22\/cake-a-la-coco-et-fleur-doranger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mon cake noix de
