Un bon moyen de masquer la couleur marron des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes qui peut ne pas plaire \u00e0 certains. Je comprends que l&rsquo;on puisse y \u00eatre r\u00e9ticent mais avec la cr\u00e8me de betterave cela change tout car le visuel est compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;utilise tout le temps des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes \u00e0 la place des p\u00e2tes blanches. Elles sont plus riches en fibres, vitamines et min\u00e9raux. Elles sont aussi plus rassasiantes donc exit les envies de grignotage apr\u00e8s le repas. Pour un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez une cuisson \u00ab\u00a0al dente\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;IG sera alors de 40 alors que celui des p\u00e2tes plus cuites sera de 55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la betterave, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de la manger crue dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Mais pas de panique avec la betterave cuite car la charge glyc\u00e9mique est malgr\u00e9 tout faible. Il faut simplement en manger avec plus de mod\u00e9ration. Dans cette recette de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de betterave, il y en a environ 50g par portion. La sauce est par ailleurs r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de tofu soyeux, un aliment \u00e0 IG bas qui fait donc redescendre l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique de l&rsquo;assiette donc ne vous en privez pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe vraiment des milliers de sauces pour accompagner les p\u00e2tes. C&rsquo;est un bonheur de pouvoir diversifier les recettes autour de cet aliment pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par la plupart d&rsquo;entre nous.
