C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et plut\u00f4t rapide. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, j&rsquo;aime bien proposer 3 versions de dips sur ma table d&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif avec du pain complet, des pitas, des gressins ou encore des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 croquer.  Avec 3 recettes, il y a des chances que tout le monde trouve au moins un dip qui lui plaise. Je vous partage donc  ma recette de dip d&rsquo;aubergines \u00e0 la libanaise. Appel\u00e9e aussi moutabal ou baba ganoush, cette pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;aubergines agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de tahini, ail, citron et huile d&rsquo;olive est une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de la cuisine libanaise. J&rsquo;adore cette cuisine et la cuisine levantine dans son ensemble. Comme la cuisine asiatique, c&rsquo;est toujours une explosion de saveurs en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les pains pitas, je me suis inspir\u00e9e de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.passionnutrition.com\/pains-pita-ig-bas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recette<\/a> de Marie-Laure Andr\u00e9, alias Passion nutrition, une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Si je peux me permettre de vous donner un conseil pour cette recette, c&rsquo;est de ne pas faire cuire les pains pitas sur un feu trop fort. Cela \u00e9vitera qu&rsquo;ils br\u00fblent avant que l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur soit cuit. Attendez bien qu&rsquo;une bulle se forme avant de les retourner. Le r\u00e9sultat n&rsquo;en sera que meilleur.
