Alors pourquoi ne pas les int\u00e9grer d\u00e8s l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif avec ces billes de mozzarellas roul\u00e9es aux pistaches et aux noisettes ? Il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts et on peut m\u00eame imaginer une version avec des amandes. Pour cette recette, achetez les pistaches et les noisettes enti\u00e8res et mixez les vous-m\u00eame. Cela permet de ne pas les r\u00e9duire compl\u00e9tement en poudre et de garder une texture croquante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petite astuce IG bas sur la mozzarella ! Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez des billes de mozzarella di bufala, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire au lait de bufflone.
