Ce qui me pla\u00eet, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elles peuvent se d\u00e9cliner sous de multiples formes : avec ou sans curry, avec ou sans crevettes, avec ou sans carottes, avec ou sans vermicelles de soja\u2026 Et j&rsquo;en passe ! Pour cette soupe tha\u00efe au tofu, j&rsquo;ai mis de la p\u00e2te de curry et le tofu grill\u00e9 apporte les prot\u00e9ines n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de l&rsquo;assiette. Dans mon autre recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/17\/soupe-aux-crevettes-et-lait-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">soupe tha\u00efe aux crevettes<\/a>, j&rsquo;y ai mis davantage de l\u00e9gumes. Difficile de choisir entre les 2, c&rsquo;est diff\u00e9rent mais tout aussi d\u00e9licieux et riche en saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines sont indispensables dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre alimentaire. Heureusement, nous les trouvons ailleurs que dans la viande et le poisson. Le soja est par exemple riche en prot\u00e9ines et se d\u00e9guste sous de multiples formes comme par exemple le tofu. C&rsquo;est une sorte de fromage neutre en go\u00fbt, obtenu \u00e0 partir de soja. Je vous conseille de le faire mariner pour lui apporter plus de go\u00fbt. En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre une alternative aux prot\u00e9ines animales, vous pouvez laisser libre cours \u00e0 votre imagination en cr\u00e9ant vos marinades. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses prot\u00e9ines de qualit\u00e9, le tofu est excellent un alli\u00e9 pour stabiliser son poids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, si vous ne connaissez pas cet aliment, cette soupe
