En tout cas, une chose est s\u00fbre, c&rsquo;est un vrai r\u00e9gal ! Ces tartelettes aux oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s au miel ont eu un franc succ\u00e8s. Heureusement que la liste des ingr\u00e9dients de ma recette permet de r\u00e9aliser une quarantaine de tartelettes car elles partent tr\u00e8s vite. Si par contre vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas assez nombreux, vous pouvez les congeler. J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 et m\u00eame d\u00e9congel\u00e9es, elles sont excellentes. C&rsquo;est toujours pratique d&rsquo;avoir quelques bouch\u00e9es ap\u00e9ritives sous la main quand un ap\u00e9ro s&rsquo;improvise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la recette de ces tartelettes aux oignons, j&rsquo;ai mis du ch\u00e8vre frais. Je vous propose aussi de mettre des petits morceaux de b\u00fbche de ch\u00e8vre si vous souhaitez que le go\u00fbt soit un peu plus prononc\u00e9. Pour les aromates, vous pouvez ajouter du thym ou du romarin car ils se marient tr\u00e8s bien avec le ch\u00e8vre et le miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr r\u00e9aliser cette recette en version tarte pour en faire votre plat principal. Il suffira d&rsquo;ajuster la cuisson : 5 \u00e0 7 minutes de cuisson \u00e0 blanc puis environ 30 minutes avec la garniture. Cela d\u00e9pendra aussi de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de votre tarte.
