Le go\u00fbt du champignon se marie parfaitement avec la chantilly infus\u00e9e au bacon et les chips de jambon de cru. Le m\u00e9lange de textures est aussi un plus dans cette recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9e la cr\u00e8me chantilly sal\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un siphon. J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 un peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re \u00e0 30% pour celle-ci, ce qui est tr\u00e8s rare dans mes pr\u00e9parations. C&rsquo;est vraiment l\u00e9ger car j&rsquo;ai mis 5cl pour 15cl de cr\u00e8me de soja. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait d&rsquo;obtenir une cr\u00e8me chantilly sal\u00e9e bien ferme mais healthy. Et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait une r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez le servir froid ou ti\u00e8de, \u00e0 vous de choisir ! Attention cependant si vous le proposer ti\u00e8de. Il faudra le servir rapidement car la chantilly fond tr\u00e8s vite mais c&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait r\u00e9alisable. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 les deux versions mais pour moi aucune ne l&#8217;emporte sur l&rsquo;autre alors je vous laisse le soin de faire votre propre avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette ap\u00e9ro vous pla\u00eet mais vous souhaitez d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es ?
