Ou vous avez tout simplement envie de vous faire plaisir ? Essayez donc ces verrines de cheesecake au saumon fum\u00e9. En guise d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, prenez une belle verrine pour vous r\u00e9galer davantage. Pour ma part, j&rsquo;adore les  servir \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. C&rsquo;est une valeur s\u00fbre et cela plait beaucoup aux invit\u00e9s ! Pour un ap\u00e9ro autour du saumon fum\u00e9, vous pouvez aussi r\u00e9aliser mes <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/16\/mini-burgers-au-saumon-fume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mini-burgers \u00e0 base de saumon<\/a>. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, il est tr\u00e8s difficile de choisir entre les deux\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr utiliser de la truite fum\u00e9e \u00e0 la place du saumon fum\u00e9. C&rsquo;est tout aussi bon, j&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 les deux, et en plus, c&rsquo;est plus \u00e9conomique. Il m&rsquo;arrive r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 mes recettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je peux vous assurer que ces verrines de cheesecake au saumon fum\u00e9 sont healthy. L&rsquo;astuce est de remplacer les g\u00e2teaux ap\u00e9ritifs sal\u00e9s pour la base biscuit par des Wasa fibres. Mais pour les rendre encore plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res, je remplace le beurre par un m\u00e9lange de pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou et d&rsquo;huile de coco.
